Blingdaily.com, based in Brooklyn, NY, has been doing sales online through their parent company for close to a decade.
The term “Bling” was first introduced to their collective vocabulary in the late 1990′s and eventually found its way into the Merriam Webster dictionary in 2006. In linguistic terms, bling is an ideophone (a sound intended to evoke an idea). Blingdaily is an ode to, as well as a fusion of our most basic desires, namely, looking our best with expensive name brand accessories, watches, jewelry and other fine wares, yet never paying full price.
